Use & Care:

• Use a little high smoke point oil; avoid spray oils.
• Handwash with a soft sponge and warm soapy water; avoid abrasive detergents.
• Allow the pan to cool before washing to prevent warping.
• For sticky residue, simmer water in the pan and clean with a soft sponge.
• For tougher stains, simmer a mix of half white vinegar and half water, then wash with a melamine sponge.
